As the Executive Creative Director of Northlich I was responsible for the creative product of the agency. During my tenure we were recognized by Communication Arts, The FWA, Awwwards, London International Awards, Webbys, Mercury Radio Awards, Pixel Awards, Creativity Awards, Aster Awards, local, district and national Addys, and named the top agency in Ohio by Adweek.
I guided a repositioning and rebranding of the agency followed by a relaunch of a completely redesigned responsive web site. We pitched more than 50 new pieces of business over three years, winning more than half of them and almost doubling the size of the agency.
